RACING IS BACK! This morning Ultra4 Racing released the following:

Just over 2 weeks ago we successfully held a US event with the 4WP Tear Down in Tennessee, an Ultra4 Europe event with the 2020 King of Britain, AND the first Ultra4 Australia event of the season.

Thank you to all the teams, sponsors, friends, family, core team, volunteers, and drivers who made this happen. It was an incredible time and it felt great to be #BackOnCourse all over the WORLD.

We’re excited to continue racing in a safe and competitive environment.

Big News #1: Venue Change for Sept 17-18

We are proactively announcing a venue change from Reno, NV to Area BFE in Moab, Utah. We are committed to ensuring teams and sponsors have ample notice of changes. With the uncertainty due to the impact of Covid-19 on racing in Reno, we felt it prudent to make this change now.

The race will be held on the same weekend (Sept 18 – 19), but now in Moab, UT, at Area BFE. We are actively working with the park to open up additional racing options to really test man and machine.

In addition to being extremely competitive racing, this is an exciting opportunity for teams to pre-run for NEXT year’s series race in Moab (see the 2021 schedule announcement below!). We believe this will be an outstanding event for 2020 and many years to come.

There will be more specific information to come regarding camping and a detailed schedule, but at this time there will be no spectators allowed on site.

We WILL be doing full live coverage at www.ultra4racing.com/live as well as on YouTube and Facebook to bring the race into households all across the world with an expanded regional race production team.

Team support, volunteers, and media will be allowed and there will be social distancing and safety guidelines similar to the Tear Down in Tennessee in effect.

Big News #2: The Crandon Labor Day Race is ON!

Crandon has officially announced that the Labor Day Fall Race is happening.

We’re invited and we’re looking forward to being there! Racing at the Big House in Crandon is a top shelf event in which we are honored to be participating.

In fact, we’re so excited, we have reserved a 19-bedroom hotel on the Lake and would love for racers to join us! Please reach out to Dave if you are interested in staying with the Ultra4 team while in Crandon. It’s going to be a BLAST!

Ultra4 will be highlighted with a Saturday night long course with new rock sections and a Sunday afternoon Red Bull World Championship race on the short course.

Crandon is also on the schedule for next year as a series race (see the 2021 schedule announcement below!) and this is a great opportunity to get to know the course and to show thousands what Ultra4 Racing is all about. Let’s go race the Big House!

Big News #3: USAC to provide timing for Ultra4 Races

Effective immediately, USAC will provide independent timing services at all North American Ultra4 Races.

“We have worked with USAC for a decade to provide safe and competitive racing, now we look to them to help with consistent and effective timing at events.” said Dave Cole, CEO and co-founder of Ultra4 Racing.

“We’re proud to have been associated with Ultra4 Racing and are looking forward to continue helping them provide world class racing.” said Kevin Miller, President, United States Auto Club.

We at Ultra4 are excited to continually improve and find solutions that benefit our drivers and racing series.

The United States Auto Club (USAC) is the sanctioning body behind some of the largest racing organizations in the country. Stay tuned for more information.

Big News #4: The 2021 North America Race Schedule

First off, KOH is the big question everyone is asking. We are actively working with the county and BLM to ensure a successful, on time event. We are excited and encouraged that 2021 will be one of the best King of the Hammers ever.

Secondly, Ultra4 North events will become official points races in the 2021 season, concluding with an Ultra4 North Champion in all classes.

Entering year 3 with this Northern regional series, we continue to see growth, commitment, and interest. We are excited about this next step in its development.

Picking up where we left off! Great course, great people, great event! Year 2 promises to even bigger than the kickoff race! Get ready!

June 10-13, 2021 | Ultra4 North #1: Broadview, MT

We are partnering with Yellowstone Off Road Racing again! This is a National Points Race for Ultra4 North and may very well play into the National Championship picture! Mmmm. Intrigue.

June 25-26, 2021 | 4WP Eastern #2: AOP | South Pittsburg, TN

We had a great time in 2020, so it is time to dial up the difficulty this year and start playing on the BIG rocks! You asked for it, you got it.

Aug 6-7, 2021 | Lasernut Western #3 / Ultra4 North #2: Sturgis, SD

That’s right. The first weekend of the Legendary Sturgis Bike Week at the newly redesigned Buffalo Chip short course! Think Glen Helen with Harley’s instead of MX and 200,000 people.

We are partnering with the ‘Chip for not just the race, but to grow the week prior into an Off Road Jamboree. Drive your Bronco or UTV on the trails or street around the Black Hills, including Mt. Rushmore! You don’t want to miss this.

Sept 3-5, 2021 | 4WP Eastern #3 / Ultra4 North #3: Big House | Crandon, WI

All classes in the Big House for full points. It doesn’t get much more exciting than dropping into Turn 1 in front of 70,000 people… are you ready?

Oct 15-17, 2021 | National Championship Race | Reno, NV

The 2021 National Championship race is sure to be bigger and better than ever. With multiple ways to earn points in the West, East, and now NORTH, this is a very strategic race for the final Championship standings.

Nationals will be returning to the epic Wild West Motorsports Park for a dramatic conclusion to the 2021 season. Don’t forget to plan for the revised Banquet format on Saturday night as we honor drivers and teams for their 2021 achievements. There will be no ties. We promise.
