Breaking Bad on Jeep Tour
After exploring the west coast for over a year, I decided to head back east and see what adventures await me there. As I made my way from the west coast to the east coast, I drove through Albuquerque, New Mexico. This cool city is known for amazing food, hot air balloons, and of course, the hit TV series, Breaking Bad. I’ve explored this cool area a few times, and I always make a point of seeing something new every time I stop through.
One of my favorite things to do is to see filming locations from one of my favorite shows, Breaking Bad. You can see the houses of Walter White, Jesse Pinkman, Hank and Marie, and many other key locations like the car wash and restaurant. If you follow my blog, you may have seen my official Breaking Bad tour. There are a ton of places you can visit, just remember to be respectful as many of the filming locations are people’s houses or active businesses.
Another cool thing I did not far outside of Albuquerque is Jeep down the Musical Highway. If you drive exactly 45 mph down the road, you can hear America the Beautiful playing, thanks to the strategically placed rumble strips.
When you hear “Albuquerque,” many people think of hot air balloons. This city is famous for the annual Hot Air Balloon festival. If you’re lucky enough to see it, there are hundreds of hot air balloons that launch into the sky. This epic festival takes place during a week in October, so if you’re in the area be sure to look up at the sky or take a ride!
There are so many fun things to do in Albuquerque year-round, especially if you bring your Jeep along for the ride. Every time I go back there’s a ton of new things to see and do. Thanks for checking out my blog!
