We return to the Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival as it gets under way in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania at the Cooper’s Lake Campground!
We had the opportunity to go back to the place it all started…the birthplace for Jeep, Butler Pennsylvania. The tribute and history behind the legendary Jeep heritage is in full effect! The entire festival is a tribute to the history of Jeeps, the people behind it and who created it.
Packed full of trail rides, games, vendors and Jeeps, this year was a little different for us as we tried to stay away and out of the mud pit and obstacle course and up close to the vendor area.

The friends of Bantam Jeep association was created in 2015, it  is a non for profit organization and puts the whole festival together, along with many volunteers to make all the magic happen. They provide opportunities for Jeep enthusiasts worldwide to learn, share and celebrate Jeep ownership. The festival enables the FBJA to use its operational proceeds to support charitable contributions to other local non-profit organizations in the  community.
The festival had 2,888 registered Jeeps this year and 157 sponsors and vendors for the 10th anniversary. 14 swap meet vendors and 18 food vendors. Our favorite food vendor, We Be Cheesin’, was there to enjoy their yummy grill cheese creations. We can never miss this food truck when we are there. Downtown Butler for the Jeep parade was massive as always. Thousands of people and 1387 cool  Jeeps lined downtown Butler for the festival Jeep parade and invasion. Let the street Jeep party begin! You can walk and admire all the Jeeps and grab a cold brew from the local brewery with Jeep themed beer. Every Jeep enthusiast around the nation came out this year to show off their Jeeps and meet Jeepers from 31 states. We had a blast catching up with everyone as well as educating Jeepers about their suspension on the CTI trailer. See you again next year!
