8th Annual Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion

The 8th annual Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, was crazy busy this year! If you didn’t make it you definitely missed out! And you should be planning for next year’s event NOW!
Even though a few vendors opted to stay away, there was still plenty of cool products and manufacturers available. The mandates of distancing and face coverings inside the LeConte Center didn’t stop all the Jeep enthusiasts from coming and enjoying the vendors that were there. The only thing that held things up was the limiting of people to go inside…and at one point they even had to limit the people coming into the outside area. My take away is this… folks are tired of all this mess and wanted to get out and finally enjoy an event that didn’t get cancelled, and to see all the Jeeps, Jeepers and Jeeping going on in Pigeon Forge.
Some of the vendors ran out of product to sell before the end of the day Saturday. It was a mad house! This year they extended the days and times to allow everyone a chance to enjoy it. I can tell you this, I thought it would be slow Thursday and some Friday but I did not expect the outcome of hundreds of people each day. We did get some rain and held us up from getting more rigs on the CTI trailer, but all in all it was a very good turnout. You can check out the CTI rigs on Instagram by following CTI_Tour.
Special thanks to all our friends that came to help and pitch in when we needed! A special mention and shoutout to Philip Thorpe and Curtis McMillion for always being there to help us and assist all the jeepers and CTI trailer, we could have not have been successful without you two! THANK YOU!
Until the next time! See y’all again next year for the
